As the leading player in Germany’s local transportation sector, DB Regio is dedicated to bridging the gap between road and rail, ensuring seamless everyday mobility. To further enhance door-to-door mobility in rural regions, we invite you to share your innovative solutions.

Attractiveness enhancement

Do you have a smart idea to increase the attractiveness of using new mobility solutions e.g with real time information on their availability. Does your product lower barriers for users like families or travelers with luggage? Does your solution increase comfort in busses and trains?

Car meets train and bus

First and last mile mobility is especially in rural areas often solved by car. Share with us your carpooling solutions and incentives to leave the car at the nearest Park and Ride station.

Micromobility

Micromobility solutions create individual mobility for short distances. Does your solution connect and promote regional offers, or do you have a secure product to charge e-scooter inside our trains? Furthermore, we are looking for save parking facilities.

Why does a helium balloon cause significant operational disruptions? Their explosion on overhead lines causes damage to ceilings and other railway infrastructure. Do you have an idea how to catch or burst balloons before they reach the overhead line?
