As part of the Flämingo Startup Hub, we run a six-month, non-equity accelerator for startups across the three clusters of mobility & logistics, ICT & creative industries, and health & wellbeing that are ready to scale into European and international markets. Through personalized guidance from a team of 30+ years of experience in working with startups and cluster-specific expertise, we equip participating startups with the tools, environment, and network they need to navigate the challenges of investment readiness, growth and internationalization. Beyond strategic support, the program offers free access to testing facilities, local work-space, and residencies at the Startup Hub. 

The accelerator is part of the Flämingo Startup Hub which is funded by the European Union and the State of Brandenburg, and operated by the workation retreat pioneer Coconat, the business consultancy Ignore Gravity with its own accelerator Grace, the paneuropean investor network Media Deals and DB mindbox.

What are we looking for?

At the Flämingo Accelerator we are looking for startups that develop innovative solutions in three key areas: 

  1. Transport: Including smart mobility, sustainable transport systems, last-mile logistics, MaaS, railtech, and infrastructure optimization.
  2. Creative Industries: This cluster is all about Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Media, and the Creative Industries, from AI-driven services, digital platforms, immersive technologies like AR/VR, to new tools for content creation and media innovation.
  3. Health & Well-Being: We support ideas in Health, Well-Being, and Lifestyle – from digital health and mental wellness to preventative care, biohacking, and smart approaches to modern living.
