The Flämingo Accelerator is a six-month, equity-free programme designed for startups in mobility & logistics, ICT & creative industries, and health. It helps founders prepare for investment, accelerate growth, and expand into new markets through tailored mentoring, expert support, and access to valuable industry networks.

Participating startups benefit from free workspace and testing facilities, as well as the opportunity to join a fully funded residency at the Flämingo Startup Hub in Brandenburg, located just one hour from Berlin.

The accelerator is part of the Flämingo Startup Hub, an initiative funded by the European Union and the State of Brandenburg. The programme is delivered by a consortium of experienced innovation partners, including workation pioneer Coconat, business consultancy Ignore Gravity and its accelerator Grace, the pan-European investor network Media Deals, the Fraunhofer Institute, and DB mindbox.

As the programme's mobility partner, DB mindbox connects startups with Deutsche Bahn experts and industry stakeholders. Startups in the mobility cluster gain valuable insights into real-world challenges across rail, logistics, infrastructure, and operations, helping them validate and scale their solutions more effectively.

Who it's for

The programme is designed for startups founded within the last five years that have moved beyond the idea stage and are now focused on market readiness, growth, and scaling. Diversity and inclusion are core values of the programme, with a particular focus on supporting female founders, international entrepreneurs, and refugees.

To participate, startups must either be registered in Brandenburg or be willing to establish a company or branch there before the programme begins. Previous participants have joined from cities across Europe, including Berlin, Vienna, and Paris. The Flämingo team supports founders throughout the relocation and registration process.

Apply now and join a vibrant, supportive network that will guide you on your growth journey.
