Meet us at InnoTrans 2026

From 22–25 September 2026, we’ll be at InnoTrans – the international trade fair for transport technology – in Berlin. You can find us at the Deutsche Bahn booth in the CityCube as well as at the Berlin-Brandenburg booth. 

Over four days, we’ll showcase how we work with startups and partners to develop innovative solutions for Deutsche Bahn and our external partners. We’ll share insights into projects and collaborations, as well as experiences from working together. 

Exchange, partnerships & insights into innovation projects 

Throughout InnoTrans, we’ll be involved in a range of sessions and activities. These include meet & greets with partners such as Berlin Partner, Economic Development Agency Brandenburg,  Verkehrsverbund Berlin-Brandenburg (VBB) and Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK), as well as panel discussions with experts from different fields. 

Together with representatives from DB Regio, the rail construction sector and other partners from the mobility and innovation ecosystem, we’ll discuss the contribution we make at DB mindbox to innovation projects and how collaborating with startups can help turn new approaches into practical solutions. 

Our focus is not only on new ideas, but above all on real-world experience: How can startups and Deutsche Bahn work together successfully? What does it take to turn an initial approach into a solution that works in practice? And what role do strong partnerships play along the way? 

Meet our DB mindbox alumni startups 

Several DB mindbox alumni startups will also be at InnoTrans, including Enable my Team (EMT), emost, Incremental Solutions, Mobility Signage, MotionTag, Vesputi, QTainer and WeMap.

You’ll have the opportunity to meet the teams, discover their solutions and learn more about their collaboration with us and Deutsche Bahn. 

These projects reflect what our work at DB mindbox is all about: we connect startups with relevant challenges and the right experts from our partner organisations, creating the right environment to test innovative solutions in real-world settings. 

Four days of exchange and new connections 

InnoTrans brings the international rail and mobility industry together in Berlin – and for us, it is above all an opportunity to connect in person. 

We’re looking forward to exchanging ideas with startups, partners, colleagues from Deutsche Bahn and the wider mobility community – gaining new perspectives, having inspiring conversations, strengthening existing partnerships and making new connections.
