New health and lifestyle services for railway stations

For our new retail program, we are looking for new health and lifestyle services for our railway stations at Deutsche Bahn (DB). Together with our strong partner DB Station&Service, which operates more than 5,000 railway stations and welcomes more than 20 million travelers every day, we want to offer something special. This is why we need you!

In order to improve the quality and satisfaction rate of our passenger service, we are constantly on the lookout for innovative retail concepts.

Convince us of your solution and test it in our pop-up store at Berlin Central Station.

This 100-day signature program gives startups the chance to customize their solution to real retail challenges and live-test it. What is in it for you?

  • EUR 25,000, no equity taken
  • Exclusive access to DB experts, data and markets
  • Run your concept at Berlin Central Station for 11 weeks – rent-free and without running costs!

You will be supported by a dedicated DB mindbox startup manager and will have 24/7 access to our coworking space in Berlin.

This is a great opportunity to lay the foundation for joint projects and successful long-term collaboration with Deutsche Bahn Group, Europe’s largest mobility and infrastructure provider.

Your retail concept - Our pop-up store

Do you have a concept of innovative health and lifestyle services that perfectly fits our train stations? Within 100 days, we will jointly develop a concept for running our pop-up store at Berlin Central Station. Afterwards, you will operate the store rent-free and without running costs for 11 weeks.

  • Top location at the main entrance
  • 16m² rental space (no storage)
  • Electricity (18 kW)
  • Wi-Fi
  • No water connection

  • Social rooms for employees

Smart food and nutrition

What we eat has a significant impact on our well-being. DB is therefore looking for concepts that offer a range of innovative (packaged) products that complement each other or are even combined with services to keep our travelers happy and healthy.

Femcare and personal care concepts

In particular, we are looking for products and/or services that help women improve their health and well-being in everyday life. However, beauty and grooming solutions for all genders are also welcome.

Health services

Apart from doctors and pharmacies, we are looking for possibilities to bring health care to the train station. Conceivable options include the sale or execution of medical tests as well as corresponding consulting concepts.
